Billing help
For Stripe card subscriptions, use the billing portal when available. For FPX, DuitNow, and Touch 'n Go local payments, include the payment reference, date, amount, and email address used at checkout.
Common issues
If AI answers fail, confirm the server has a valid GROQ_API_KEY in .env.local and restart the app.
If a CSV looks wrong, use the Map button to assign the correct metric, date, category, and entity columns.
If an agent API token stops working, revoke and recreate it from Billing, then update the token in the agent or automation platform secret manager.
